The main market for the company is Japan in which has 80%-90% Lao people working. In the past the company has always bee closely supervised by the government. Especially the relevant parties who have provided guidance and assistance in various service points to be comfortable and quick.
In the future, the company have plan to expand its business by advertising through print media and online along with improvement of the service system to ensure the quality is better than ever before.
Guidelines for applicants to work in Japan
Introducing the conditions for applicants to work in Japan
- Must be a person who actually works in agriculture, likes to farm, garden, and farm
- The level of education must be 7th grade or higher
- Be diligent, honest, patient in the work
- Must be generous to friends and colleagues
- Be a healthy person
- Applicants must have no crime (tattoos on their body) and have never been charged with a crime before
- Applicants must have never used drugs or been in prison
- Work term is 3 years if you work diligently and actively, For the employer’s work, the employer will work for another 2 years for a total of 5 years.
Standards for trainees to work in Japan
+ For men:
- Must be 18-26 years old, weight 55-60 kg
- Height 165 cm and above, right arm strength >=50 N, left arm strength >=40 N
+ For women:
- Must be 18-25 years old, weight 45-55 kg
- Height 155 cm and above, right arm strength >=30 N, left arm strength >=25 N
Application documents include:
- 2 3x4cm photo stickers
- Family photo size 10×15 cm taken horizontally to be taken at the farm, in the garden, in the field, arguments or old houses, don’t shoot in beautiful houses or in beautiful clothes.
- A copy of the land title, a copy of the census and a copy of the identity card.
- Copy of high school graduation certificate and penalty notice (authentic)
