The assembly company has 2 offices such as: Documentation Service Office and Employment Service Office, in both offices are located Sisavart Village, Chathabouly District, Vientiane Capital, and one Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) was located in Nongtangtay Village, Sikhottabong District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.
The DESCO company has an MOU with I-THREE COOPERATION in Japan. The Agreement Concerning Technical Intern Training Program (ACTITP) between DESCO and I-THREE COOPERATION on 15th September 2011
